Not the best quality image... oh well...Finished this one at the end of May. I've painted a few landscapes (even sold a couple) depicting the pasture behind the family beach house. This was the biggest landscape I've painted to date (40" x 30").
I love cloudscapes. They easily set the tone for the entire painting. Add so much mood and movement. And they come so easily to me. Cloud formations are already painterly. I always paint the sky first.
